Aston Martin V8 Vantage & BMW M6 & Porsche 911 (Top Gear) HQ [Part 1]

Part 1/3! At this time – Hard sporty and fast rivals! Top Gear travel to the Isle of Man to compare the new Aston Martin V8 Vantage, the BMW M6, and Porsche 911 997 Carrera S and choose which of them they like the best. The 23-minute film includes the presenters fishing, discussing the merits of the cars, and timed runs by The Stig along the A18 road commonly used by the Isle of Man TT motorcycle racing competition.     i was thinking about getting a m6 , do people really think the m6 is ugly as they say??

  3. yea its one of those things i really hate about this show.. like they woulld no know that the m buttton on the steering wheel does it all, when they have all this really handy information, like that the roof is 45kg lighter know that its carbon fiber.. ffs

  10. @TBS30STM It’s Top Gear, they exaggerate a-lot of things to make a point.

  13. lol they REALLY go over the top with that BMW, it doesnt take long to set it up, the “M” button on the steering wheel which hammond went to press does all that for you

  17. i’ll just tell u one name. gumpert apollo S 4.2 liter v8 700 bhp and the apollo race has 800 bhp…aaaaand i think its german!

  18. Oh really?…the Audi r8 and the BMW M6 have V10′s and still dont make more than a little over 500HP…Viper has 600HP and better gas mileage..and where talking about N/A cars…and the Evo XIII’s 400 hp is all turbo powered…wich dont count

  19. while the one from BMW is a 5L… producing more than 100bhp/L

  20. eurpeans can get the power that a viper has from a tin can, american cars have gigantic engines with smaller power than european cars…and dont mention dodge plz…mitsubishi put out 400 bhp from 2.0 liter in the evo8

  22. bmw only got 507 HP from a V10? Dodge got about 100 HP more out of there V10…then again it is an 8.4..

  25. Yes you can set M-mode how you want. But it have fractory M – preset -> everything race. :)

    So yes, he could just push the m-button.

    But this is top gear. A lot off fun to watch.
